TC&C Nordic office opens

TC&C Ltd., the Budapest based IP Communication Company strengthens its presence in the Nordic region by opening its new sales, marketing and product support office in Stockholm, Sweden. Founded in 1992, TC&C develops and markets innovative Call Recording, Accounting, and Contact Center Integration systems for Cisco® IP telephony solutions.
Today, after Budapest and New York, TC&C opens its third regional office in Stockholm, the high tech capital of Northern Europe. The years 2004/2005 marked international growth for the company, with more than 40 high-end systems sold in 9 countries. The company currently sells through 16 international resellers/partners and the installed systems are serving companies in London, Singapore, Budapest and other financial centers.
CARIN, the company’s flagship product is a voice-over-IP (VoIP) call recording, analysis and archive system suitable for enterprises and service providers using the latest integrated voice and data network technologies. CARIN is an award winning off-the-shelf Cisco® certified product with some unique features that make it attractive for industries where security, reliability and modularity at multi-locations with an impressive ROI are all important factors. The CARIN system is used at many organizations like Ernst&Young, IBM, ING Bank, Schneider Trading UK, Computer Centre for Icelandic Savings Banks, Central European International Bank, MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Corporation, Serbia BroadBand and more.
TC&C Nordic AB will serve the countries of Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Iceland by providing local focus on support and professional services. In the Nordic arena TC&C welcomed its first customers from the Icelandic finance sector, along with an Icelandic value added reseller. The company will be working closely with Cisco distributors and resellers, call center and IT integrators to market TC&C products.

According to Szabolcs Daroczy, regional manager of TC&C Nordic AB, “TC&C is building professional solutions for the high-end segment of IP communication technologies, where reliability and high performance is a minimum requirement. Our team is certain that TC&C technologies provide quality solutions even for demanding Nordic customers.”
In the last 5 years Mr. Daroczy worked in Stockholm at CyberCom Group, a leading Nordic telecommunications consulting company. He has lead design and deployment activities of million-user web hosting and media streaming systems for the TeliaSonera Group, the largest telecom service provider in the Nordic region. He has experience with major procurement projects on the buyer side, which will give TC&C Nordic an edge with large accounts. Mr. Daroczy’s new role at TC&C marks his return to the organization; in 2000 he was a member of the expert team that started developing the CARIN recording product line. Mr. Daroczy holds a Master’s degree with a major in Business Information Systems and Software Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology, Hungary.
To assist with strategic planning, in addition to the founders, the board of directors of TC&C Nordic AB will consist of Peter French, entrepreneur, Swedish telecommunication industry veteran, currently on assignment for the European Commission and Andor Nyers, general secretary of Swedish-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce.
