CARIN Trading Room Recording
CARIN Trading Room recording is built for trading houses using special trading phones, so called trading turrets.
CARIN Enterprise Video Call Recording
CARIN is one the first solutions to offer video call recording capabilities. Video communication is captured by our standard recording servers and the calls are entered into our regular call database. For video calls the CARIN Player offers video playing capability. During replay both parties can be seen on the display.
CARIN Enterprise High Availability
The CARIN system is built on widely recognized, highly reliable PC server platforms from IBM, HP, and DELL (for detailed HW configurations and recommendations, please contact TC&C). Excellent uptime statistics are achieved by our customers (>99.9%) even on non-redundant solutions. The latest, 4th generation of our recording engine is prepared to handle even non-compliant phone messages. Increased system reliability can be achieved through multiplying the recorder components. This way the failure of one recorder will not lead to disruption of recording.
CARIN Editorial Recorder
CARIN Editorial Recorder is a comprehensive recording system especially designed for news and press agencies to facilitate interview recording. The system is fully integrated into CARIN architecture (same administration and user interface). CARIN Editorial Recorder module utilizes Cisco JTAPI and users are able to fully control the recording session by a Cisco IP Phone service.
CARIN Universal Recorder
CARIN Universal Recorder provides call recording capability to various applications with special user requirements. CARIN UniRec port module acts as a standard Cisco Skinny terminal. When calling the UniRec port, the system automatically prompts a predefined message like “From now on the call is being recorded”. Sample applications include integrated “voicemail” in Cisco IP telephony environment or call recording from external telephony systems by establishing a conference bridge with a CARIN UniRec port.
CARIN Integration options
CARIN provides open interfaces for easy connection to any 3rd party software solution. Exploiting the VoIP signaling data, CARIN provides computer-telephony integration (CTI) functions eliminating the need for expensive CTI products or custom development. Integrating CARIN into 3rd party applications provides functions like:
- Initiating on-demand recording through the external application.
- Sending last recorded call (URL) by email.
- Accessing recorded calls from an external application by one click.
- Providing data for further call analysis, reporting and quality management.
CARIN has been successfully integrated into SAP CRM, Peregrine Service Center, Cisco IPCC Agent Desktop and other systems.
