Carin recording systems run at more than 250 customer sites, and have recorded more than 100 million call minutes for our customers. Our largest deployed recording solution records 20.000 calls per day. Our own 4th generation core technology, the Carin Recording Engine and the Carin IP Call Recording Suite, have won Cisco Navigator Awards in 2004 and 2005.
Central point of administration in multi-site systems
Carin supports both single-site and multi-site configurations. In multi-site operations where call recording is done in many physical locations, our architecture makes sure that call recording configurations are only necessary in our central system, and not on each and every recording server. This is a time saving and less error prone procedure than other solutions.
Smooth migration path
The Carin product line offers a smooth migration path for customers replacing their existing communications infrastructure to unified communication. Our support group has successfully migrated calls from legacy recording systems to Carin. We have the knowledge and tools that allow seamless migration of your existing call database to your new Carin solution.
