TC&C Global Expansion Continues - opens office in the U.S.A.

TC&C Ltd., based in Budapest, Hungary, is a corporation developing innovative Call Recording, Accounting and Contact Center Integration for Cisco® IP telephony solutions. TC&C, as a Technology Developer Partner of Cisco Systems, is expanding its sales, marketing and product support to the North American market by opening its office close to New York City.

TC&C, based on the continued success of its products in the European market and significant interest from the US is expecting a rapidly growing customer and partner base in North America. The US office will provide focused local support for TC&C solution customers and partners in the region.

CARIN is a voice-over-IP (VoIP) call recording, analysis and archive system suitable for enterprises and service providers using the latest integrated voice and data network technologies. CARIN is an award winning off-the-shelf Cisco® certified product with some unique features that make it attractive for industries where security, reliability and modularity at multi-locations with an impressive ROI are all important factors.

TC&C U.S.A. will market to end customers and solution integrator partners of IP telephony systems. TC&C’s goal is to build a strong infrastructure to provide product support to its customers and assist its Partners with the sales cycle and implementations.

Dr. Juhasz, CEO of TC&C Ltd. commented: “Our innovative products have won many awards and satisfied customers in Europe and we are certain that we will be very successful in the demanding US market with our quality products and excellent service.”

Gabor Krivachy, a 17 year veteran in IT consulting and solution delivery will be responsible for the US operations. In the past four years he built KITS Consulting, a people oriented client focused consultancy that strives to excellence in SAP solutions. Previously he was a director at PwC Consulting responsible for SAP integration and development delivery in the northeast region. Prior to that for over 8 years he was with several of the World's leading management consulting organizations. He has a great depth and breath of technical and business experience with large-scale package and custom technology solution implementations. Mr. Krivachy received his MBA from Columbia University as valedictorian of class 2003. He also holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with major in Industrial Process Control and IT from the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary.
